SINOGRATES@FRP grating is a hand lay-up composite of unsaturated resin and continuous fiberglass roving that is thoroughly wetted out and woven through an open mould.Our FRP grating is composed of 30%-35% fiberglass roving and 40% unsaturated resin ,Meanwhile,fire retardant blockers (ASTM-E84 )and UV protection blockers will be added to mixed materials during manufacturing.

Molded Fiberglass Grating is a strong and durable mesh grating panel used for floor gratings and trench gratings in a variety of industrial applications. It is corrosion and chemical resistant, making it a cost-effective and ever-lasting solution for many industrial environments. The concave non-slip surface provides excellent safety for jobsite and production plant walkway surfaces. It is also lightweight and has excellent corrosion resistance, making it a better option than steel grating.

Molded FRP grating costs is less than pultruded Fiberglass Grating, and has limited structural capabilities. It is easy to cut on-site to minimize cost and waste. It is designed to last, with resin formulas optimized for UV resistance and durability in harsh environments, which means lower long-term maintenance costs. The large open surface area of molded grating means water does not build up on walkway surfaces, and for additional traction on walkways, grit top surfaces are available as requested.

Molded Fiberglass GRP Top choics:

The top crescent surfaces : there is no quartz sands on the concave or semi-lunar surfaces,which provide excellent anti-slip effects in wet, muddy or oily environments, and is one type of the commonly basic anti-slip grating.

 

The quartz sands surfaces: laying quartz sands on the top surfaces of FRP grating, the solidified quartz sands and covered on the top surfaces, which can provide an excellent anti -slip effects.

FRP Resins Systems Choices:

Phenolic resin (Type P): The best choice for applications requiring max fire retardant and low smoke emissions such as oil refineries, steel factories, and pier decks.
Vinyl Ester (Type V): withstand the strict chemical environments used for chemical, waste treatment, and foundry plants.
Isophthalic resin (Type I): A nice choice for applications where chemical splashes and spills are a common occurrence.
Food Grade Isophthalic resin (Type F): Ideally suitable for food and beverage industry factories which are exposed to strict clean environments.
General Purpose Orthothphalic resin (Type O): economic alternatives to vinyl ester and isophthalic resins products.

Epoxy Resin(Type E):offer very high mechanical properties and fatigue resistance, taking the advantages of other resins. Mold costs are similar to PE and VE, but material costs are higher.
